Scholarship Programs

We offer many types of scholarships to help teens further their education after high school and be successful in their future endeavors. Although most of our scholarships are open to any teen interested in pursuing education at a four-year university, some of them include other types of education or have additional eligibility requirements. Please see the list below for more information.

“Across the Finish Line” Vocational & College Scholarship Program

Award amounts will be flexible to meet the need of the qualified students who apply each year. Awards are likely to range from a few hundred dollars to several thousand and range in duration to 1-5 years, based upon the need of the recipient. A total of $25,000 will be awarded each year and the number of scholarships awarded may vary from one to several. Again, the goal of this scholarship program is to provide trajectory-altering support for Sonoma Valley teens to attend and complete college. Award amounts will be based on the financial need of the applicant, this includes personal and family money available, other scholarship awards, and financial assistance.

Eligibility: The “Across the Finish Line” Vocational & College Scholarship Program is administered by Teen Services Sonoma and is available to all Sonoma Valley high school seniors who meet the criteria below. Students may choose to attend a four-year or two-year institution, trade school, or vocational training program.
